Y2M respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our service, please notify our designated copyright agent with the following information:

Y2M has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI music generation service creates original compositions based on user inputs. However, we recognize that:

• Users are responsible for ensuring their input lyrics don't infringe copyrights
• Generated music should not intentionally replicate existing copyrighted works
• We continuously improve our AI to avoid generating content similar to existing works

7. Safe Harbor

Y2M qualifies for safe harbor protection under the DMCA as a service provider. We do not have actual knowledge that content on our platform is infringing, we are not aware of facts or circumstances from which infringing activity is apparent, and upon obtaining such knowledge or awareness, we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing content.

8. False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

9. Processing Time

We will process valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours of receipt. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the material
• Document the notice for our records
